According to ICC ODI Ranking, The Top eight teams directly qualified for the ICC Cricket world cup 2019 ( Australia, Bangladesh, England, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, South Africa ).

How To Qualify Cricket World Cup 2019

Per ICC directions, the ICC test playing ten countries qualify directly for the world cup competitions.
